Mr. Harish Chandra Kalra is the Founder and Managing Director of VSET Wealth Private Limited, with over 25 + years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
An M.Com and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) professional, Mr. Kalra holds multiple NISM certifications, including NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), NISM Series XXI-A (Portfolio Management Services), and certification in NISM Series-XIII Common Derivatives. He brings extensive knowledge of financial products, investment distribution and the evolving needs of investors.
Mr. Somnath is a Director of VSET Wealth Private Limited and a highly respected senior pillar of the organisation. A NISM-certified professional, he brings more than 40 years of extensive experience in Central Government services, with a distinguished career across civil and administrative departments.
His vast experience in administration, governance and public service brings valuable institutional knowledge, discipline and a strong sense of responsibility to VSET Wealth. His guidance and experience continue to contribute significantly to the organisation's growth, governance and long-term vision.
Mr. Ramakant Pathak is a Director and a key member of VSET Wealth Private Limited since its inception, bringing a diverse professional background and more than 26 years of experience across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, scientific equipment and financial services.
He is a Post Graduate in Science and a NISM-certified professional, with a broad understanding of business operations and the evolving financial services landscape. His multidisciplinary experience, industry knowledge and practical approach add significant value to the organisation.
As a key member of VSET Wealth from the beginning, Mr. Pathak has played an important role in supporting the company's development and strengthening its foundation through his experience, commitment and strategic perspective.
Mrs. Pooja Kalra is a Director and key member of VSET Wealth Private Limited, contributing to the organisation's growth with a strong focus on women's financial empowerment and inclusion.
She is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a NISM-certified professional, with a keen interest in empowering women to become more confident and informed about financial matters. As the leader of the company's Women Empowerment Portfolio, she spearheads initiatives aimed at encouraging women to develop financial awareness, participate actively in financial decision-making and build a stronger foundation for their financial future.
Her vision is to inspire more women to take an active role in managing and strengthening their financial well-being, contributing to a more financially confident and empowered society.
OPERATION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Mr. Rupendra Phate has been associated with VSET Wealth Private Limited since September 2024 as a Senior Operations Manager. He brings more than 15 years of diverse professional experience across banking operations, accounts, training and human resources, adding valuable operational and organisational expertise to the company.
He is an MBA in Finance, holds a Diploma in Information Technology, and is a NISM-certified professional. He has also completed a certification in Yoga, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and holistic development.
With his strong understanding of banking processes, financial operations, people management and training, Mr. Phate plays an important role in ensuring efficient operations, process discipline and smooth coordination across the organisation. His practical approach, diverse experience and commitment to professional excellence make him a valuable member of the VSET Wealth team.
Mr. Devansh Khatke joined VSET Wealth Private Limited in August 2026 as a Business Development Officer, beginning his professional journey with the organisation with a strong focus on business growth and digital outreach.
He is an MBA in Finance and a NISM-certified professional, complemented by a certification in Digital Marketing. His combination of financial knowledge and digital marketing expertise enables him to contribute to the company's customer acquisition and brand-building initiatives.
In his role, Mr. Khatke focuses on expanding VSET Wealth's customer base, strengthening the company's digital presence and enhancing brand visibility through effective digital marketing and business development initiatives.
